We only lived here for one year and even though the complex as a whole needs some TLC, these 5 Stars are for Zac from the leasing office. Zac has really stepped up and made a huge difference in our experience by providing excellent communication and a sincere sense of empathy and understanding for our concerns. Zac is professional and personable and under his direction I believe this place will make some significant improvements to the quality of life for its residents. Thank you, Zac! You are amazing!

I lived here several years ago and we moved away for personal reasons but then recently I moved back here because I missed it and the price was good! The other residents have been nothing but kind to me and the staff has been very helpful. The maintainence guys are rockstar as well! Overall I would definitely recommend living here! Come be part of the community!

Huge floor plans for the price, central location, staff is professional and kind. Shoutout to Brenlee for making my tour experience super engaging, she’s a gem! Ultimately we did lease elsewhere, but only due to finding a spot that fit our family’s needs a bit better. Otherwise would have leased in a heartbeat. Definitely check these guys out, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

We have lived here for 3 years now and it keeps getting better. These apartments are big and the walls are thick so you don't really hear the Neighbors which is amazing. And everyone that works here is the best especially Noah he is always willing to help he's there when you need him and he will go above and beyond trying to solve whatever problem or concern that you have he's not only nice he really cares which is awesome. This place is a great place to live and the staff here are truly caring and nice. We appreciate Noah and the maintenance team they are always on it. These apartments are a great place to live we love living it. AMC has been great to us and we really appreciate everything.

The team of people in the office (Chole, Sam and Daniel) are absolutely amazing. Any maintenance concerns are addressed right away (24/7), I’m always losing keys and they are so fast to replace it. Even if it’s a safety concern, they are always there to make you feel at home, happy and safe. They continue to renovate! They were on time opening up a brand new pool, updating common area and even the interior stairways. Every week this place gets nicer! Thank you for always having such friendly, positive and helpful energy. Amazing work.

My downstairs neighbors have smoked cigarettes and pot in their apartment and on their balcony, causing the smell and smoke to enter my apartment. I have reported this to management several times as it not only violates the lease terms, but is causing health issues for me. So far the issue has not stopped or been solved. Otherwise the apartment is nice and affordable. There are also some great renovations and improvements being made. But horrible neighbors.

We moved here over a year ago, and we thought we loved it. It was pretty old and worn with age, but we needed a place fast. 3 months later it was sold to new management, and we freaked out not knowing what next. But it was the best thing that happened to this place. Total remodel has brought it up to date and it's fantastic!! Ali and Chloe go above and beyond and are awesome!! Cassidy and Sam are on it with Maintenance. Fast and professional. And now we know we love it here!!

Since the new management it has definitely turned around for the better. we also have a great maintenance team who works hard Around the Clock trying to make sure everybody's needs are taken care of. the community here is awesome very friendly people. including even the dog Community we have a range from small dogs to large dogs. The number one asked question when you would you recommend people to live here. I would have to say yes I would recommend it to my friends and family.

We also love the management here they are great they always are willing to help and have jumped on any concer we have brought up, and Noah will go above and beyond to help you any way he can he is the best and they care about their residents. My family has lived at Chelsea park apartments for almost 9 years, we've had some pretty bad management through the years but we now have a new owner and new management and they have turned this place around, before them I never would have recommended this place because of how ghetto and outdated it was, but it's now a place I'd recommend to anyone, Not only do we have great management, it's also affordable, pet friendly, and in a perfect location to get anywhere, close to schools, shopping, restaurants and I-15.

I've lived at Chelsea park for 9 years this place was run down and super outdated, and after going through many managers, I can now say that they finally got it right with the new ownership and management we have now, they've turned this place around and made it somewhere that you love to call home! The apartments are spacious, the location is central to everything from schools, shopping and restaurants. It's a great place to live.

I laugh at all these bad reviews. Chelsea Park has made a comeback and it's a really good one. But, where do you live, what do you pay? Chelsea Park has allowed me to live in a home I can afford with just my family no roommates, no in laws just my family how it should be. I am very grateful. I couldn't afford to live anywhere else and have the life I do so you compromise and you have understanding for your fellow neighbors and maybe their kids friends. I feel a sense of community growing and coming together at Chelsea Park. I know my needs or wants have never been put aside and have been addressed in a timely matter. So it's a little old but its getting a few repairs and what do expect when you get to pay such a great price. Everyone thinks about what's bad never about what's good. What is good about Chelsea Park will always outshine the bad!

Management and maintenance are professional and nice. If you have a complaint they address it in a timely manor. The apartments are large and spacious some with washer and dryer hook ups. They allow large dogs but the dogs must be friendly with humans and other animals. There are hotels up the street, so there is a lot of traffic but the neighbors who are in the community are friendly and understanding. Apartment buildings are older and need updating but love this place.
